An error occurred while saving the comment Juan Arellano commentedThis is interesting, the way things are now, if you're just translating you're a Lingua site, but if you start producing content you become Regional, so growing as a Lingua site is not possible, they evolve. There are some definitions there that constrict Lingua sites from growing... or at least, this is how I've seen it happen.
