We do a lot of great work, but I worry we are too broad. I have a hard time explaining GV's unique value or "brand" -- what is it now?

I still see it as a distinctive place on the web where people can raise their voice against injustice, where ignored people are made visible. This is the unique value of Global Voices for me.

Indeed! GV's work is so good it's a shame that people don't know about it, especially in MENA. GV should consider digital marketing. It could be done through volunteers, partnerships or sponsorships.
