"Poor tech people" = The typical citizen who doesn't know (or doesn't care) how the internet works, his responsibilities/rights on the internet, and levels of copy rights. I have a shallow knowledge in these areas.

This sounds great - can you elaborate on what you mean by "poor tech people"?
