  14. Global gong connotes an instrument that is used in informing a community of events that happen around the world that may be of interest to them. The word gong is an information tool that is beaten by a town crier in a community whenever he wants to inform the community of information that is deemed relevant to them by so doing, keeps a community abreast of what happens around them and the resources that may be available for them to enhance their livelihood..
